I just received this treadmill today. It was delivered by Amazon in a big Amazon box truck.

And when you left the bar up then you will be able to go 7.5 miles and hour... mine will be here today 🤗.. great review though.. bar down up to 3.5 raise bar you can jog up to 7.5
