@@logodsaw Trinity didnt really know what Dexter was, until Dexter took him to the kill room he probably thought that dexter really did just want to extort him for money
@@J__T a drug addiction is something he can’t control, so it comes off that he actually has a problem rather than just blowing her off to go bowling. Plus this opportunity fell into his lap so he took it and ran with it.
That scene where that Dexter manipulates that female serial killer to threaten him in the bathroom should have been included too, he literally talked his way out of Death!
He literally let her because it gave him a perfect alibi for his dark passenger activities. In the scene where she assumes hes an addict, you can see the relief on his face. He hadn’t even came up with a lie to explain away him sneaking away yet The rational is it’s obviously better for her to assume he’s an addict then him a serial killer
Dexter feels guilt when he thinks he might disappoint Rita if he lied and was caught. He confesses, knowing he could convince her, because he wants to honour her in this aspect. He might lie on a million things, but he told her because this lie was personal to Rita, and he cared.
I dropped it too all those years ago, for that same reason lol. She was too good for the world. I would say “Keep watching,” but honestly, the show goes downhill for most, after the Trinity Killer.
Could someone explain how the thing with Dexter and laguerta and Estrada’s shirt and wallet worked?😭 for some reason I can’t wrap my head around what happened there and how it got Dexter out of that situation
dexter dumped the stuff from evidence, when laguerta said that it was proof that dexter killed him but then it was revealed that was stuff from evidence. that made it look like lagurta was framing dexter
@ thank you that makes sense. I didn’t put together that he dumped estrada’s body and then put the stuff from evidence in the trash for laguerta to find. And I’m assuming the partial print on the wallet is just from when she picked the stuff up
@@logodsaw oh shit duh😂 so yeah that definitely made it look like laguerta set him up if she was saying he killed Estrada. Somehow I forgot he didn’t kill him till the season finale
I don't think he did. When he was about to kill Hannah, she said "do what you gotta do", and he didn't kill her, so here he says the same thing hoping to get the same effect
I truly wonder what Rita would have done if she found out that dexter was a serial killer 😂😂
Probably have a massive breakdown.
Also, hey justsomeguywithamustache2901! How you doin'?
trinity probably told her somethings before she died
@@logodsaw Nope, trinity didn't know Dexter killed people until he was killed himself
That wouldn't have made sense, because Doakes is the Bay Harbor Butcher.
@@logodsaw Trinity didnt really know what Dexter was, until Dexter took him to the kill room he probably thought that dexter really did just want to extort him for money
Rita sure knew how to pick em
She was miserable. Death was a release…
“Yes, I have an addiction, to sex. They call me Sexter.”
Sexter Morgasm
Bay Harbor Coomer
Bay Harbor smoocher
Sexter Whoregan
That’s what deb calls him when she finds out
its crazy how the addict thing kinda fell into dexter's lap 😂
Well he wasn’t entirely lying about being an addict, just not the addict Rita thought😂
I mean he could have easily said Paul already had some on him or in his motel room.
@@J__T it was better for Rita to think that Dexter was an addict because it gave him an excuse to use for when he would disappear
@@crooper6052 Bowling night made more sense especially given that is the excuse used in later seasons...

Can’t believe Doakes was always the bay harbor drug addict
Dexter performing high level genjustu
Turns out, Tuco was the Ice Truck Killer.
TIGHT TIGHT TIGHT!
Woooooo
GET OUT ‼️
SSHUT UP!!!!

dexter after S8e12:
"It's over."
i cant believe dexter was a drug addict
Biggest twist of the series
I still can’t believe that Doakes was the Bay Harbor Butcher
All along it was her, Jennifer Carpenter, the real actor in the show!
I can't believe laguerta was ice truck killer
And doakes was bay harber butcher.
Why not
How could Dexter let Rita think he was a drug addict? He knows how to make heroin and knows the doseage because he works for the fucking police...

Dexter lied to Rita to think he took drugs.
Thanks for telling me bro I had literally no idea😐
@@SolaceWhore lol
good job smart guy, they should have you in the writers room
I would totally love to do that.
Can't believe Sexter was Saul Goodman the Bay Harbor Lawyer
I was literally looking for this
lmaoooo so that’s where sexter comes from lmaoo
Dexter was a great show.
WE NEED THE PREQUEL AND THE NEW SERIES
The second one is my favorite
Could’ve sworn she was going to accuse him of being hiesenburg
What?! I thought he was House

Dropping this show! Rita didn't deserve to be killed off! Thank you for four wonderful seasons!

@MrKnightBlaze21 a true poetic justice! Show died along with Rita!
You guys are pussies. Watch it through. You’re literally just simps who are crying because their cute blonde milf died
@@nekovibe I think season 5 was the "Real" ending to "Dexter", since it deals quite well with the aftermath of Rita's Death.

As a liar and manipulator myself
I got to say this is satisfying

Very few scenes where Dexter is being entirely truthful (his victims excluded).
