TBF to Disney, their big selling point is the second-to-none theming and family attractions, not so much the thrill rides. Cedar Point caters to testosterone and is very much the young adult male's version of Disney World.
This ride looks like one of the best I've seen on UA-cam. Imo, smaller fast up and down and quick changing directions makes the best coaster. This one is good!!!!!!
@@quinnimationtv it was during Covid, in 2020, and I got to the line very early, as soon as the park opened, and on the plus side, I stayed at hotel breakers, so I got in through the magnum entrance, shortening the distance to SteVe
Quwox you have xelorator at knots and twisted colossus which is a rmc at magic mountain and then u have tatsu which is prolly an amazing b&m flyer and then also west coast racers. And also hang time. Then you also prolly have California great America not too far with rail blazer prolly the most intense coaster ever lol. Then also don’t forget you have 3 amazing gci’s near u apocalypse at magic mountain, ghost rider at knotts, and gold striker at California great America. The list goes on and on for the amazing coaster u guys have
It's too bad Iron Gwazi more than likely won't be opening this year. I really want to see how that coaster will compare to this one. Perhaps Florida should be the next place to consider visiting when this is all over.
@@endgameisbad2733 I was at Universal Studios Florida back in July. They handled their precautions incredibly well. Even with cases (at the time) as high as they were, it's honestly one of the safest places to be when it comes to the virus.
although It's unfortunate we didn't get steel vengeance over here in the Netherlands, we did get a smaller competitor that goes under the name untamed. R.I.P robin hood and mean streak but Untamed and SV are real improvements.
I rode mean streak and mantis in 2013 and was able to experience both...mean streak was very rough at that point..mantis was fun but a definite head banger. Steel v is so smooth and relentless. The new trains on mantis are much better
After riding SV dozens of times since its debut, in each car location, I think forward hand grab bars could be added. Been riding every conceivable type of coaster since 1950, and it is NOT my age talking, I know exactly how to position myself on each type of ride & equipment to get the best ride experience. Simply riding with your arns raised ain't necessarily the ultimate experience. Most coasters are felt the best when you're fully "connected" to absorb all the great elements, the more of you that "becones" part of the coaster, the better it is. On SV your entire upper body is free of any connection, trying to hold the thigh restraint doesn't do much to enhance the enjoyment. Just my suggestion, RMC. Alan Schilke did a fantastic job here, a modern-day John Allen.
@Robert Swickard-Ha Ha, I'll be 74 in a week. 1st coaster was Puritas Springs "Cyclone", 1950. Still remember barely seeing over the side of the seat. We've kept up with EVERYTHING over the years. Eat well, no smoking, drinking - work-out, travel, etc. Have current Samsung Galaxys, a Laptop, 2 Tablets, 2 large smart TVs, and a 2020 luxo-barge Crossover. Checking out K.I.'s "Orion" this Weekend. M-Force, TTD, SV, Fury 325 & both Intimdators my fav Coasters. Diamondback honorable mention. The Beast is showing it's age, a ruff & rickity back-breaker. Ride On!
Coaster bro In my opinion this is one of the best hybrid coasters I’ve seen. Twisted colossus at magic mountain is ok, but this ride steel vengeance tops it big time.
Oh, when you ride it, those last hills aren’t lame at all. Those are ejector hills! If it wasn’t for the restraints, those would probably fling you fifty feet into the air! It’s more like one last kick in the rear before you get off. The ride doesn’t let up!

BEST COASTER EVER!
This ride looks fun. I wish they would build something like this at my park.
Best Coaster in the entire park! 🤘🏼
Now that was one heck of ride and the sound of the chain sound like a real train the MTA Trains
Wow! It’s got more twists and turns than a twisty turney thing
This looks so smooth.
Skull garden it is has very good air time especially in the back
This looks like an amazing ride!! RMCs are so fast and smooth.
Greatest coaster of all time 💯
Nope. Fury 325 is the greatest of all time.
@@adamdragster SV craps on fury lol
This looks like a GREAT coaster!
Really Cool. First time on that type of track. and the lay out and features are generous and unexpected .
I wish I had this at my home park
I live 3 hours away, go there a few times a year. But my home park is Kennywood.
I wish I had an rmc in general at my home park which is Canada’s wonderland
Tevaun stewart they really need to RMC Wilde Beast imo. Minebuster would be good with a full retracking. Been there a few times.
Bro my home parks are Knotts Berry Farm and Six Flags Magic Mountain 😂
No super intense rides other than X2: the worlds first 4D coaster

My favorite RMC Hybrid
The first time I've ever rode this I was assigned the very last seat, I couldn't be any happier
same here! went the first year it came out
such a fun ride
@@LoganBlood yes
Same here. Then my 2nd ride was in the front after dark. I mightve liked the front better in most parts buy that first drop in the back is INSANE
My first time there was a girl with very long hair directly in front of me. So i got slapped in the face constantly while riding. Eyuck!
I love this ride.
And the world's loudest chain lift goes to...
Definitely Magnum
Clickity clackity anti rollbackity

What about Firehawk (defunct) at Kings Island?
So Steel Vengeance in the Planet coaster was real. Pretty awesome!

The access pass system at cedar point sucks right now. But I’ll say riding it repeatedly from 11-12 in the morning is awesome!
Nice!
How did you sneak your phone on the ride? They have a metal detector

I think steel veangence will have more airtime than iron Quazi?
Iron gwazi isn’t meant for airtime, it’s more focused on speed and whippy transitions
yeah steve has the most air time on any rollercoaster ever so no it wont come close, gwazi is a fsat ride too so it can't add all the air time up.

How do these RMC’s maintain so much speed??
My favorite part of Steel Vengeance has to be the first drop!
Man I thought this was the worst part of the ride lol
Really?
Is it cool? Coz it looks so short before you're at the ground already. That's one reason I love MF & TTD so much, the drops are long enough to enjoy
@@Coasterdude02149 Yes it feels pretty short. You get airtime, but it's not very sustained

I Miss Mean Streak
Can’t believe it’s been two years already.
Steel vengeance best ride in the park
And so the Woodies will be vanish in a few years. So sad. But this ride looks so smooth.
Steel Vengeance: I'm the best hybrid coaster ever.
Iron Gwazi: Hold my beer
I think this will still reign as king, Gwazi just doesn’t have the length to do so. It’s like they just built it to take the records.
BGT: Hey, where are you taking those pieces of track?
RMC: You can have then back when you pay the bill.
looks like it was trimmed pretty hard on this ride
It is hauling

Was this filmed in 2020?
did you not see the masks everyone was wearing in the station? Or the workers cleaning the seats after people unboarded?
This my favorite ride and the top thrill Dragster I'm 12
What are the two first outerbanked airtime hills like?
OMG! Surely this is the fastest of this type of coaster?!
It isn't the fastest RMC, the record was barely beaten last year with Zadra at Energylandia.
I went on this recently. A little too much twist for me. I prefer Voyage (at Holiday World in IN). Voyage is smooth and has unrelenting sheer power.
(1:09) I suggest, we all hold on….TIGHTLY!!!!!!
Id definitely pay for fast lane if I came here

It definitely is, plus your chance of dying on any coaster is 1 in 750 million, way safer than any other everyday activity.
