I would love to see an LED light kit added as well! But this was very well done! I just picked up my kit today!!

Drives so smoothly
That was amazing! I just built it and it drives so fast. I’m using buwizz Instead, it’s really nice. I put it in the trunk
It doesn't matter which way you put the XL motors. They will rotate the same direction even if you put one of them upside down. XD
Just reverse on your lego remote or in settings if you're working with SBrick.
THE CRAZY #GAMERnl You don't have to. They will work without reversing anything. Actually, they won't work if you reverse one. :)

i have tryed to look it up online but i dont no what one to get
omg ive made a try of installing damn 2x buggy motors.. and those motors doesnt have that strenght like 2 xl motors.. ive installed both with only chassis.. they do have problems rotating gears but sometimes they hold the weight so speed of chassis is rly insane for that weight.. sadly i got no idea how to fix it.. maybe more gear reducing this weight carry but idk if speed may be the same..i propably decide to install those 2 XL.. to let it be RC.. xD

Nice conversion but would have much better to make the motors power the wheels via the gearbox.
It's too heavy, cannot go through that gearbox.

It'd be even better with a functional gearbox that's what I'm talking about. Such a big model needs more realism!

Done it, but my Battery seem to be weak. Can just drive a few minutes. Sad. Hoped to have more fun.

Can someone tell me what that power function with the four ports is I've never seen it before
It's an S Brick, a third party control brick for using a phone as a controller. It takes less space than multiple IR receivers and isn't affected by sunlight when driving outside.
hello, can you tell me how and where you placed the ir receiver, and the steering motor? because i bought this car, and gonna start this evening to build this beautifull car. greetz from belgium.
He used an Sbrick - Bluetooth for remote functions. Steering motor under dash.
What is the motor for the stearing wheel. Mine just keeps spinning the jams up

They FINALLY made a better diff to handle a bit of torque.. a little bit of torque. Funny too how it's "rear-motored"..

Mirko Girko lol wdym the code of the kit if your talking about the code that’s located in the glovebox then no you’re not getting it you scammer 😂. You don’t need a code to “power” your Porsche all the code gives you are posters and other promotional items like that

how did you get the fake engine out? i tried it and it was very difficult
It connects to the rear axle and output of the gearbox as one section, you remove the side 1x13 beams out with the red pins and pull the engine out
what motors did you use
2x XL-Motor and 1x Servo-Motor

Du baust schon mit Power Functions und ich sitze hier und warte drauf, das meiner überhaupt erst losgeschickt wird, am Releasetag um 9:01 Uhr bestellt, musste direkt 30 Tage warten und hab ne Mail bekommen, das es vermutlich noch länger dauert :(

Can you make a video of the RC conversion? It's impossible for me to understand with just these pictures of the re-built, since I'm not a master of science in engineering (which I suppose you are who are as good at this).
Pls read this , if you replace the servo motor by a large motor , the steering system is much better and faster to turn

Das Modell ist standardmäßig ohne Power-Functions d. h. man muss bei einem derartigen Tuning entweder auf Bauteile aus den Modellen mit PF (z. B. Volvo Radlader, Raupenbagger, Schubraupe) zurückgreifen oder diese separat erwerben. Außerdem gibt es natürlich keine Aufbauanleitung im herkömmlichen Sinn. Falls der Videoersteller diese nicht zur Verfügung stellt, muss man selbst rumprobieren oder auf Alternativen anderer User hoffen, die in naher Zukunft sicher erscheinen werden.

Gern geschehen. Falls du noch Fragen hast, einfach melden. Ich habe mir zwei der Porsche bestellt (bei Lego und Porsche in den jeweiligen Online-Shops). Die Lieferung verzögert sich aber noch :-)

This seems really slow, do we need 4xl motors since 2xl just can't handle it
Slow most likely b/c he's controlling it in 1st gear only. He needs to find a way to shift gears (from the phone) as the gearbox is obviously manual.

+TheNickenLife the better solution is to replace the paddle shifter with a servo motor to control the gear shifts from the phone. Also the two XL motors can be modified to rotate faster depending on the gears connected to them.
+gookthug I remember one of my friends actually thinking about take out the transmission entirely so that will get the most speed out of two XL motors
u don't need a 4wd u just need a faster 2wd motor 🕑🔜🕟

this set is so sturdy its hard to break it. trust me, i tried it
