I think if someone have cracked fully funded PhD admissions in US on their own and they act real in interview, and have basic info about their career prospects, plans, etc then nobody is going to reject the visa.
Correct me if I'm wrong

Di, i am from middle class family
I don't know how much it cost me to do phd in usa
As you say the phd in USA is a fully funded no tution fees
But
Fir v di from ielts exam, to apply visa, and fill application form , the tickets price, and the shopping
Can you please tell me
How much it cost me for apply phd in usa from scratch ?
Or di , you can tell me approximate amount
