I started with one week Daniel Fast, then yesterday, no food, just water and prayer and bible reading for two hours in the early mornings . I already feel the change in my prayer life and God is already working in me. Praise Jesus King of all Kings. Don’t give up..

This is my first 21 days fast... I started today, two days later then my church, House of Destiny family church. I know prayer and fasting helps us win spiritual battles. I once went on a seven days fast consuming water, herbal teas and pure apple juice as per Dr. Miles Munro's advice, I won the battle and my aunt was saved from cancer. I pray for strength day after day to be faithful and make it to the 30th of January. I am praying for a closer relationship with God, finishing my Master's degree, a new job and financial freedom.
My wife and I have joined prayers salvation for our son. addiction broken off our family.A miracle cure for my wife's lungs for a disease doctors say needs transplant. I know they are healed by his strips.Thanks
Agreeing with you. They say my mom needs a lung transplant, but I believe that she's healed. Also praying for an addiction that my brother is oppressed by.
I had a recurring infection that finally went away. Praise God and the extra medicine is still in my car.🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏👏

WHAT SHOULD I GIVE UP FOR LENT? MEAT? SWEETS? CHOCOLATE? ICE CREAM? BEVERAGES ? MEAT?
Many of us try to be more disciplined for Lent and give up something that we really like. That’s great! Fasting has always been an important tradition of Lent. Let us also consider other things that we can give up along with Pastor JF's teaching.
*Give up complaining* - _Focus on gratitude_
*Philippians **2:14**-15* - Do everything without complaining or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure...
*1 Thessalonians **5:18* - Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Jesus Christ.
*Give up bitterness* - _Turn to forgiveness_
*Ephesians **4:31* - Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.
*Ephesians **4:32* - Be kind and compassionate to one another forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
*Give up worry* - _Trust in God_
*Matthew **6:25* - “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life… who by worrying can add a single hour to his life?”
*Matthew **6:33* - But seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
*Give up discouragement* - _Be full of hope_
*Deuteronomy 31:8* - The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you: he will never leave you or forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.
Isaiah 40:31 - But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
*Give up hatred* - _Return good for evil_
*1 John 2:9* - Anyone who claims to be in the light but hates his brother is still in the darkness.
*Luke **6:27* - “But I tell you who hear me; Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you.”
*Give up anger* - _Be more patient_
*Matthew **5:22* - But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment.
*Proverbs **15:18* - A hot tempered man stirs up dissension, but a patient man calms a quarrel.
*Give up gossiping* - _Control your tongue_
*Psalm **34:13* - Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking lies.
*Proverbs **21:23* - He who guards his mouth and his tongue keeps himself from calamity.

I am fasting till the 27th with you folks. So much unraveling in my life and I need covering. My children want nothing to do with me and I have been homeless three or more years. Wilderness or barren can't seem to break through. I don't want to be with anyone but do want my own partner, friend spouse I'll come to these days so I can prepare for what is going to happen

I love this, first time coming across the ministry as I was searching "how to survive 21 days of fasting and prayer". I usually go for Miles Munroe. I just clicked on the 2018 one first and moved on to this. I am blessed, I am inlove with the true word of God. Nothing but God, only him. Everything else is just a bonus because he knows the desires of our hearts better.

Facts! God used me to cast out marine demons on many occasions because I fast and pray often, and everything the Man of God said, even the scripture he used, the song they sang in the end is where God led me over the past few months as in the closing of last year and into this year and I live all the way in Guyana... wow, wow, the confirmations, I am so blessed by this.
Make the sacrifice Saints of God, He is no respecter of persons, He will use any available vessel that surrenders to Him. If you want to be overflowed with Holy Ghost Power/Fire ... always remember, God's Fire only consumes sacrifices. If you want something you never had, you must do something you never done.

I started my personal fast and I praying to reconnect to God and an increase in my life, financial breakthrough, blessing, God's favor, mercy, grace and protection over the lives of my siblings, cousins and aunties and uncles. And my relationship for a spiritual mind renewal over the life of my boyfriend.
On this fast I'm seeking a deeper relationship with God for myself and my children. Father God cleanse us, flood us with Your Holy Spirit, show us Your Ways, give us vision, give us wisdom and understanding, give us Your strength and might to persevere. I am into my third day and was struggling physically this morning. This teaching encourages me a lot. Jentzen Franklin is really the man to listen to when the topic is fasting. I want more of Father in my life and that Father will have more of me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Just finished our fast yesterday. I found out many things about myself and learning some things on prayer I never knew. It's been hard but worth it.
I made up my mind to fast this year 2019 to cleanse my self of all I suffered last year and many years past . I was just hoping I can get materials that will help my stregth, faith and mind to take this journey and I stumbled on this youtube page from 2014 and every night I just listen to a message on fasting and its just awesome . Pls just praise God for turning me here cos I know what has changed in me . I want to thank you its a great gift from God to be part of every message .Thanks a lot and may God bless this ministry.
