  • In this video, work begins with the discovery that - 1. I have the wrong wire harness, or 2. Something is Goofy with the wiring that's in the tractor, or 3. The world is against my making the little tractor work properly again.

    I love it when you order specific parts and the wrong stuff shows up 🙄. At least the guy on the phone tried to help out. Oh, and I highly recommend an ooga horn 😁

    I love a Brillman kit. I'm sorry you ended up with the wrong one. I'm glad they got it hammered out for you. It's a really good company.

      I actually got the kit that I did order, just not what I should have gotten. I will order a 1-wire alternator for the tractor and press on.

    The plug is the excitor circuit, its case grounded, and the hot post is out the back

    You need to energize a modern alternator because it doesn't have a permanent magnet. A treadmill motor can be used for up to 96v

    That alternator is wired wrong back to it's.
