28:35 The person with the light hair and obscured face, on first look feels like they could've been Serenade's operator (before Mamoru was made), and then on second look the mix of Indian and Native American gives me a Netfrica vibe?
The kid with the red star on green beanie is definitely a Sharo operator. Maybe they originally were going to make Raika the same age as Lan, since a lot of the "rival turned ally" operators are roughly middle or high school age.
