So you are using one of those AI android carplay boxes via USB. You're wirlessly connected to that box that replaces the oem headunit screen to an android screen which then loads up Android Auto. And you have AA's Coolwalk mode. Nice. I have similar set up on my 2021 Rav4 limited hybrid. I have a Binize android 11 box. It has a data sim card slot as well but I just use my phones hotspot. (Can't afford a dedicated data sim card plan.) So far no Coolwalk even with an 8.7.130 AA release sideloaded on my phone. I've also tried using another AI mmb 3rd gen box but no Coolwalk. Lastly I tried just my AAWireless dongle and still no Coolwalk. A techy friend tells me it's a server side thing. Not sure what that means. I'm using a Samsung s20fe. I have a 2021 rav4 assembled in Canada. Bought in USA. Anybody else have luck with this Toyota vehicle?

Carlinkit usually dont work i need to deconnect and connect again the usb dongle. Do you came across that problem?

How did you get cool walk, are you a beta user ? or enabled by root method ?
I think AA version 8.5 brings in Coolwalk
@@simplyjay2 yes but Coolwalk is enabled only for Beta registered users.
@@roverrinks updating the app by sideloading the beta version works.

Doesn't matter what version you install. Until Google enables it for you "server side" (on their end) you won't be able to get it.
Looks exactly the same as apple carplay now.
