Thank you my brother. I am the appliance man at my job and I learned the trade in about 3 years and you definitely inspires me to go into business for my self. Thank you brother
Glad to hear that you are going into business for yourself and that you were inspired to become an Entrepreneur & Be Your Own Boss... AWESOME!! Also, appreciate you taking the time to leave a positive comment on one of my videos. If I can help in any way, please let me know. Thanks Again & Be Blessed
hi the best one is refregrator, I'm doing this business, I usually buy them for 60 or 70 and sell for 200 $ Via free delivery (in Australia ) , I agree that it's hard to repair them, I wouldn't do that because it would waste my time going to warehouse ,buying the part and repairing the item also I offering the warranty is good and bad, u could sell it for higher price but as these are electrical appliances, they might break and u always have stress of going back to ur customer's place and pick them..thanks
As I have stated in my video. I don't recommend starting out with refrigerators for those that are new to appliance repair. Troubleshooting and repairing refrigerators can be a bit tricky, especially if you don't know how to troubleshoot correctly (you can buy a lot of junk or purchase refrigerators that are too costly to repair... with little to no profit). However, I would disagree on repairing refrigerators being a waste of time. Refrigerators are one of the most repaired and most money making appliances of residential appliances. Anyway, Thanks for your comment and I wish you the best in your business. Be Blessed
I make between five and seven thousand per month just selling Whirlpool washers and dryers. I get from scrap guys and pay $25 for each machine or I'll buy working ones off Craigslist for no more than $100 a set. Also, I offer free delivery in exchange for your old broken machine. this business has been a blessing
Adrian, Glad to hear that you are having Awesome success! I wish more people would take action, this really is a VERY lucrative business! The great part is that you can start with very little money ($50, $100, etc...) and turn that into $1000s or 10s of thousands. Again, Congrats for taking action.
I am still in high school and I have been doing this for about a year now. I have averaged about $2000 a month. For me that’s a lot. Every month I make more and more. Thanks for some tips that helped a lot. But I disagree about the fridge I flip them very fast and it is a large majority of my customers are looking to bundle stoves and fridges.
Thanks for watching my video. I am glad to hear that you are having a very successful Sell Used Appliance business, especially that you are still in HIGH SCHOOL (a young Entrepreneur). That is... AWESOME! I am getting a few comments on my suggestions about flipping refrigerators. It is becoming apparent that I am being misunderstood, let me try a make this clear. Refrigerators - servicing them or selling, is very LUCRATIVE. No doubt about it. However, I am suggesting that if you are NEW to flipping appliances and even if you get them for FREE. I would not suggest you START with refrigerators. Why? Because they are a bit more difficult for a NEWBIE to properly diagnose and make a GOOD profit. There are too many mistakes that could be made when purchasing a refrigerator when you are first starting, which will kill your profit margin. Hope that clears that up. Anyway, congrats on taking action and as I said early, especially that you are still in high. Again... AWESOME!! Wishing you nothing but... SUCCESS!! Chris
Chris Stokes do you have any other ways you get more appliances rather then just Craigslist or letgo and apps like that. Such as going into a new appliances store and taking the ones that they replace when they deliver theirs. And if so what is a good way to get them to agree to that.
Hi, Always start with what you have. I was repairing and storing the appliances in my garage. However, as the business has continue to grow, we are currently building a storage shed for the appliances and to produce more videos for my students (and some for UA-cam). Thanks for taking the time to watch our video. Thanks Again
I start selling used appliances. I found them on the road. I sell them on Craigslist or other apps. I made over $250. I know it's not much. The only problem I am having is I have two dishwasher I can't sell. Any tips?
Glad to see you're taking action, $250 may not seem to be much at this time. However, if you keep at it that will increase significantly! Selling used dishwashers is not easy and I would suggest that you don't collect many of them (too many issues). The advice I would offer to try and sell the 2 that you have, is to offer Free Delivery & Installation with your selling price. Hope that helps.
To sell the dish washers sell them to a applance shop for $20.00 bucks a piece easy money , think about work for a company for $10 an hour you can sell the them for $20-a piece less then 10 minutes , easy money and if they don't take them install the in people House's for a easy $100. Buck's 😎.
Thanks for the information made it a lot easier as quick refresher. Keep doing what your doing.
Thank you~
You're welcome 😊

How should one deal with returns or buyer's remorse?
I'd say go ahead and take it back and sell it to someone else
Thank you so much sir
You are welcome and I appreciate the positive comment. Thanks Again

any washer or dryer you fix up you have to disclose want you did to the buyer...
