Let's Fix Ball State! 1 Star Program Rebuild (season 1 pt. 1)

This is the first part of many! First half of my first season of rebuilding Ball State to championship status!
The overall goal of the rebuild is to recruit, improve and ulitimately, win a championship in the first 5 years on heisman difficulty.
Ball State is aguably the worst team in the game. Can we win a title by year 5? Only time will tell:)
