- Dragon Ball Sparking Zero had new trailer 3 teased in one of it's new scans! But there's something worrying me about this...

dbz sparking zero aka Budokai Tenkaichi 4 will have another trailer with the theme of Power vs Speed! It's going to reveal new playable characters for the gameplay! I'm very hyped for this and I'm hoping they show some Tournament of Power stuff for it. I think Jiren, Broly, Ultra instinct Goku or Dyspo would be great options.
They also mentioned a less important character that was playable in the older games, showing that they will still give attention to many characters that aren't the main cast! Still not sure how many new characters they can add with 164 slots but 164 is still big for a character roster.
They also highlight how transformations and specific characters have different fighting styles and strategies for players to utilize.
I was a little confused about a certain game mechanic though. It's worrying me a bit but I think I went into enough detail in the video

I just want cpu vs cpu
Planning to talk about this in a vid! Definitely a feature that needs to return is CPU vs CPU. Not sure why they left it out in the recent DBZ games like Xenoverse and FighterZ
I still think that they‘re probably going to add every character from the BT3 roster, but replacing the non-canon characters from the movies and GT with DBS characters, and adding them later on via DLC.

@0rez1 I think you might be right. Budokai Tenkaichi 3 has 191 characters with transformations.
So if Sparking Zero base roster has 164 with the new Super versions of characters, I can see them taking out the non canon guys and GT stuff

sorry if i sound stupid, i didn’t really play the budokai tenkaichi series (i mostly played raging blast). but can you not be for instance base goku and transform in game? i dont like the idea of multiple slots being taken for the same character just different transformations

That’s how it was in bt3. It’s called different variations for that era of character. Like goku early was saiyan saga goku. Goku mid is freiza saga which means he has base and super saiyan from frieza saga. And goku end is all of goku forms from cell saga too buu saga. So ssj1, 2, and 3
