As a client, I appreciate it when a tech is fast and organized. Unless I’m doing a spa pedicure (maybe once a year), less time in a chair is always a plus. And when a tech is well organized, it inspires more trust in their skills and sanitary procedures.
Your videos are amazing ! Thank you so much for the advice as I am a beginner licensed nail tech working at a busy salon. Your tips definitely make a difference xoxo
@@EricasNails perfect! It is. At some point I want to sign up for onyfyx certification. I would take the online class. I have been wanting to do it also switch to dry pedicure but I need the bits. So looking forward to increasing my knowledge. Ty!
@@pamela9662 that's awesome! The certification is such a great way to introduce additional revenue into your services. Hopefully I get to see you in class this year!
I have the saeshin and Carbide bits from Erica and (I’m a newbie at using the drill ) and my carbide bits keep catching it was scaring me bc the drill would jump and I was scared I would cut my eye. I bought the drill for cuticle work and doing my last finish file with diamond bits but I wanted to make my own press ons for myself so I’d like to be able to use my efile I have the saeshin and believed I used the e file on the suggested speed … so I’m not .. I used polygel and it was catching at the back… I’m assuming it maybe because my application wasn’t smooth … I made it bumpy on purpose to see if I could smooth it out … but I’m wondering if that’s why? Bc it was too bumpy? Also these tips were very helpful thank you … I can’t see that well so I normally have my face really close to my nails but now I’m really concerned about having it so close
This was very helpful, especially the quality of the bits and how long they last. My question is in regards to the metal brush will it make the bits dull?
Thank you! So just be cautious with a budget e-file, there's a ton out there and some of them cause a lot of vibration. We recommend working with a professional e-file to eliminate that!

Love your videos and products, where can we buy it in South Africa😢
Thank you so much 😊 You can purchase from our website at ericasata.com!
Great information sooooo helpful!!!
Glad to hear it!
Hey, Ericka. What brand is your telescoping chair?
It's a regular office chair! Probably from Costco!
@@EricasNails Thank you!
Erica, this video is fantastic! Do you sell the organization kits? Love that larger box and the empty bit kits! 😍
The storage containers came from Target! The small bit cases are our 'slim bit case' found on ericasata.com 👌
Should we store our efile with bits in or empty?
Great question! Store your efile with a bit locked in- that way debris cannot make its way inside the nozzle.
After soaking the bits in barbicide do they need to be rinsed with water before being stored?
Rinsing them after the disinfectant does help prolong the bits lifespan!
This was very helpful, especially the quality of the bits and how long they last. My question is in regards to the metal brush will it make the bits dull?
You're welcome! The wire brush won't reduce the lifespan a significant amount as long as you're not scrubbing like crazy after each use.
Do you offer efile class online?
Great question! We do not have online certification classes but we are posting tutorials on UA-cam about every other week!
Awesome tutorial! Question. Sally’s has an efile. Would that be ok i you use pro nail bits like yours?
