I second of pressing 4 days a week, I do it myself and not all of those days have to be heavy. I do 2 days for volume, day 3 a lighter session focusing on form, 4th day working up to a heavy top set. works great.
Pressing 4x a week + the other lifts sounds gruesome and becomes much more challenging once that 24 yo kid gets a full time job, gets married, buys a house and eventually has kids, how can anyone perform well and recover from training stress and life stress? Also for some people there’s a whole lot to life other than the gym

That at the end - I bench 365 but my deadlift max ever is 505 and my max squat is 425. 5'11" though.

You need corresponding stability in the posterior chain for the shoulder to lift real heavy weight upward

Alternating days means 7 days out of 14, AKA one week is 4/week and one wek is 3/week
