    I love my fitness pal, I’ve lost 17 lbs so far and can pretty much eat what I want as long as I count it. A wee tip I like for weighing butter or tomato sauce or whatever is to put it on the scales, zero the scales with it on, use what you need then put it back on the scales and it’ll show you how many grams you’ve used as a - ie - 6g. I would love another video to see what you’re eating xx

    I’ve got a love hate relationship with calorie counting - it works when my body adjusts but I struggle with considering the portions for dinner times especially. I’ve started trying to do a daily workout of at least 15 minutes and I use a smaller plate to help keep on top of my portions. Really keen to see how you get on over the coming weeks 💗

    I go on and off using this app but it is handy for staying accountable so it's a few snacks not 1000 x which can happen! Loved this style of video 😊

    Loved this vid. In 2019 i lost 7st using my fitness pal. Lockdown has been hard ive put half a stone on again and struggling with motivation so was happy to see this in my subscriptions xx

    Egg on toast for lunch is very filling (boiled or poached not fried) and eggs are obviously very good for you 😄🥚

    I use my fitness pal too and I add my own recipes to it. Makes things easier for dinners that you make from scratch.

    ive just started using this app three days ago, i should have 1200 a day but im having 1124 a day plus exercise, ive never had to diet before so fingers crossed this pays off :) x

    Ive just started again to try and loose weight my daughter got me a 12 week food diary to help track what i eat and started jogging to x

    I haven't used calorie counting for a few years - found slimming world - but after gaining 14lb since March I think calorie counting might be best to go back to from home! I use mynetdiary rather than myfitnesspal after someone told me that mynetdiary has more foods on it as its a uk app whereas myfitnesspal is US - not sure if that's accurate but I loved the myfitnesspal app when I used it 5 (omg how!?) years ago! X

    I am on my fitness pal diet and the Fitbit diet too and I am on slimming world diet and weight watchers diet as well

    Eilidh you must try The Snack Organisation Sweet Chilli Rice Crackers, theyre in a black pack and u can get them in Asda, Sainsburys etc soo good and only 100ish calories for a row of 12.forgot to say theyre only a £1

    I've lost 3 kg in 14 days just eating any type of food but in 1200 kcal/day, using this app. I also go to fitness 3 times a week. And I eat only 2 times a day, at 10 AM and 19 PM, nothing between, only coffee and tea or water. I'm feeling great and I'm not hungry. I will continue until I'll lose another 3 kg and I'm done, then I will eat 1700 kcal/day to maintain my weight. PS: my height is 1,70m and my weight now is 62,8 kg.

    Do you have the basic or premium version of My Fitness Pal? Also do you add drinks like tea/coffee in or just food? X

      I just have the free version! I don’t add tea but you can, I add coffee because I use full fat milk and it ends up being about 90 cal! You can add any drinks to it but I don’t bother if it’s only a few calories!

      Yes. Get rid of “I can never”. Then add “never say never” 😁
