- A Florida Man, Mark Brents, has been arrested for the 75th time since 1985 using a barcode scam on Lowes products.

The problem is not Lowe's, nor it is the police, nor is it the District Attorney. The problem is the court JUDGES who keep letting this guy out. He can't steal from anywhere if he is locked up for 20 years.
