I intinated my lespaul correctly and it still sounds way out of tune even tho it's in tune on a tuner? How do I fix this?

There might be an issue with the neck relief which is adjusted with the truss rod or possibly the nut. Let me think about that one and get back to you

What happens if the saddle is all the way back? Seems like all my saddles almost maxes out tightened?

Is it a Gibson? I’ve only encountered that on an ES-335 I have. I think overall that’s pretty rare however if you’re maxed out and it’s still sharp, it might need an adjustment with the nut.
