I AM AMAZED!!! Last night I thought about how I would to watch a Q&A video from Maria, either on her Gentle Whispering channel or here on Sassy Masha. I am so happy!!!😂Thank you Maria! You are so so appreciated and I adore you.💕I have learned so much from you over the years, I am the oldest of three girls so I see you as a big sister.💕I have been watching for at least 9 years now. I am so grateful to have you and your videos in my life. Thank you for everything you do! I hope you and your family are well!❤️

Okay yeah, so your comments on burnout and body positivity. So very validating and helpful to hear from you, especially since you are so authentic and warm. Litte seed farm I been using it since 2018 no bad reaction I highly recommed it the testers with 10 different scents. My favorite is Lavender and Cucumber. Its like a cream and you put a little bit & spread it. Wait till it dries it last all day long. I discovered it after breaking out to so called "all natural" deodorants.

The confidence comment you made needs to be its own timestamp (around 15:00) because it's so important.
As a woman who HAS accomplished all of my professional goals (motherhood goals are next🤰), and learned from my failures - I CANNOT STAND being pandered to by certain groups. Yes you should have confidence in yourself no matter what size or age, etc. However having an over-inflated ego will always become your downfall. It's unattractive, but only because it makes you difficult to live with, communicate with and share a life with.
    Edit - spelling

Hey Maria, I love your attitude on skincare, because a lot of people like to demonise chemicals in skincare, but everything is a chemical, water is a chemical, preservatives aren't bad and are there so your skincare doesn't go off after you open it once, so you go girl, use retinol, use what you want ❤

I love Maria’s common sense. I love she’s learned not to buy in to the mass do’s & don’t’s of motherhood. I love that she’s realised not to try too hard with people who “don’t fit”& embrace those who do. I love that she is learning with such wisdom. It’s beautiful to see. Life isn’t easy, it’s quite a battle, with many pit falls, but if we are in a position where we can try to listen to our hearts, be true to ourselves, try to correct wrong negative thinking patterns, love a lot, learn to forgive, be respectful, compassionate & empathetic to all, search for spirituality & find the truth, then we can achieve a good measure of inner peace & happiness xxx

This is the best!! Also, I have an 11 month old...and girl...that newborn phase is no JOKE. Also, I put a little bassinet by our bed, but my baby hated that, and/or would wake up every 45 minutes forever, and I would also just wake up to check to see if he was okay if he *didn't * do that, and I only made it maybe 6 WEEKS doing that before bringing him in to bed with me (and kicking my husband out, unfortunately) I had to nurse him to sleep, and then he would stay asleep or wake up and latch if he needed to, and we 3 were able to actually sleep. The lack of sleep was truly killing me. Bringing that little newborn into bed was terrifying, but also necessary...not to mention natural, and there is plenty of literature about how to safely bed-share. I have read, and believe that the whole idea of separate sleeping and sleep training was developed by men in the 70s and truly the whole ideology isn't worth the paper these ideas are written on. But you are so right, when you follow your heart about what your baby/family needs, you will be right every time. Thanks for the authenticity Maria (also, retinol and retinoids 4eva!!! hahaha!)

I totally felt your skincare response! It must work! I adore (and appreciate) the products that are natural AND that work, however I feel like people hear the word "natural" and automatically think "better." GRASS is natural, and yet not everyone can touch due to having negative reactions to it...Just because something is natural, does not always make it healthier. And often times, products created by trained chemists were made to reverse the negative elements of "nature." But to each their own, and I just hope that people use whatever works for them, whether that's natural products or one with chemical properties! If you're anything like me, it's a collection of both. Maria, you've got me ranting now, but I love it! You're the best!

Right. I just found out I'm pregnant. And I always said I didn't want any children. But if I did have a child, I would only want one. There is so much pressure put not just on pregnant women or mothers, but just women in general. And alot of it does come from other women too. Sometimes it's like damned if you do, damned if you don't. But as long as you're happy and your child is happy, I don't think it matters what anyone thinks. I want to remember this if I ever feel anxious about societal pressures and norms. Sorry this rant is so long lol.

I was raised an only child, and it was a wonderful childhood. I had so much attention from my parents even though they both worked, and it meant that I developed lots of wonderful and long-lasting friendships (I have many from age 4, I am now 17!) I feel you learn to be more independent, but also more creative. You become resourceful, and I feel often, better behaved because you’re not constantly arguing or fighting, and you learn to be more sensible more quickly. But at the end of the day, all kids are kids, whether they have ten siblings or none. Having loving parents is the best family they can be given. 💛

I dont understand people's obsession with wanting others to have more children. Those people that are pressuring you to have children aren't gonna be there to deal with the hardship and trouble. YOU ARE! They will be standing on the sidelines watching you suffer. Will they be there to breastfeed the child? NO. Will they be there when the child gets sick and you have to miss work? NO. Will they be there when the child goes missing and you worry to death? NO. How about when the child grows up and deals with bullying, depression, suicidal thoughts, body image issues or alcohol and drug issues? NO. THEY will be nowhere. Stop pressuring people to have babies. This has got to stop. Good job on not giving in to societal pressure and choosing your own path and destiny. ❤

Having one child is as good as having two, three or even more. I have one child and it was a great decision for me because I knew I want to give all my attention to a child and having more would frustrate that and be too much for me to handle.
My son has always been a very happy child, our connection is very deep and has always been great. He's an adult now who knows very, very good what's right for him or what's not.
I have sometimes been told being "egoistic" to have only one child. But in my view évery wish to have a child is egoistic; it's after all always yóur own wish, there is never a child ásking te come into this world.
So knowing what feels right for you and your family is key and very important; it's the only way to be as good a parent as you can be!

Good for you saying one and done. So many people feel they have to have at least 2 kids and are made to feel uncomfortable having an only child as the child will be 'lonely' etc. I have so many friends now in the one and done club (through choice) and their children are just fine and have friends and are in no way lonely. Only children get the absolute best from their parents and with overpopulation its definitely something that alot of people are taking onboard now 💗

Reminds me of my sister. Totally afraid to put her daughter in bed with her because you're told not to. She was running on fumes for WEEKS because her baby was up all night crying to be close to mom and dad. Then one weekend I came over, plucked the baby from her crib (after an hour of crying), went to my bed, laid her on my chest, and we both slept soundly through the night. My sister's eyes were opened.
Like Maria said: Do what's best for you and your baby. My sister really wanted to keep her baby in bed with her, but didn't because she thought it was bad. I knew that I don't roll around in my sleep (I'm most comfortable on my back) and am a light sleeper. I knew I could keep my niece safe. After my sister realized it was possible, that's what she did.
Now my niece is 2 and is great at sleeping on her own!

I've done both and bottles are so much more work. Sterilize, the cost of formula, the inconvenience of having to carry stuff everywhere. With breastfeeding you whip out the boob and there it is and then the baby is satisfied. Plus the child has so much more of a connection with you when you breastfeed. You do what's right for you but consider all parts , especially that of the baby, before you make your choice.
