@@TsarOfRuss It didn't sell for $9m. It's still currently for sale. In 2015 the previous house on this property sold for $8.5m was demolished and this house was built. It is over priced though. I bet it sells for $29m
@Astral 82 evidentially neither do you as it isn't all in the materials. 20 years time this house will look super dated and out of fashion and will be sat on a lot worth less than what it's on the market for now. This house is to big for the lot... it has no privacy, your pool is literally on the street where people can see you swimming as they drive by... It is VASTLY over priced, I have worked in LA real estate for so long and have been to the open house for this, I'd put my home and car down as a bet that this won't even touch the 30m price point.

There is plenty of property here in Beverly Hills with huge amounts of privacy, on the top of most peoples agenda when buying in the platinum triangle is either views or privacy... hence why this is sitting on the market with no offers on the table and grossly overpriced. You can get an acre + estate in Beverly Hills or Holmby Hills for the same price as this. Don't speak on things you have no knowledge of.

One of the better houses I've seen so far. The interior design is Ace, I don't like the design of the house exterior overall. the lay out, it has a bit of a disconnected feel to it. Great pool of course with a kinda sucky view, should be 10 M. less

This house was just on Million dollar listing. Some said it was worth maybe 18-20 million. No where near 45 million. House has no nice views and not a large lot.
And no view
It's been reduced now hoping it would generate more interest because everybody that went to that broker's open party slammed the home for it's price (most of them didn't say it on Josh's face but it was the overwhelming feedback). It was tricky to price it also because there were no comps to support it.
@@francismarasiganiii4549 I wish they would have said it to his face. He has no shame vastly overpricing his listings. Selling now for 27M, and it's going to have trouble getting that.
