Now you can register as a general, and after the qualifying exam, every student has to do course registration. During the course registration, you can choose EWS and upload an EWS certificate to get a fee waiver. I also did not have an OBC NCL certificate, so I did the same.

(whoevere the people requesting for it) its not possible for an institution to provide content in each language (Hindi, Tamil, Kanada... etc Indian language, i know its easy to learn in your mother tounge, but better work on english rather making excuses). And all the content is already avlaible in your own language (if you actually want to learn)
