- The reality might be that Cambodia are not enforcing the collection of income taxes on Expats overseas income but the tax rules are Cambodia Tax Residents world wide income is subject to Cambodia tax. - Cambodia only has Double Tax Treaties with China, Hong Kong, Brunei, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam & Thailand. - Cambodia are a signed up member of the CRS (Common Reporting Tax) which is member governments & financial institutions in those Countries sharing tax & banking information.
Nice video. If over 55 years old at @1.21 min you mentioned they should apply for a Business E Visa, and then extend that for Retirement for 12 months. Can this 12 month extension only be done on the Business E Visa, and not a Tourist Visa?
