Her presentation is good and clear. So, this is a fully furnished condo (as said TV, Sofa are included, except loose items like flower pot, etc.). The 871Sqf is interesting.

I think sitting jacuzzi it's overdo. I know they to minimise space and everything, but that's not cut it for high end resident like this.
