Josh, I’ve been watching you for probably 6 years. I’m so incredibly proud of you for getting through this and coming out on the other side sober. I’m also thankful you have such wonderful, solid, supportive people like Pamela, Erin, and your mom in your life. I think you’re very gifted with being vulnerable and motivating others - it’s cool to see that gifting come to fruition in this video with such a powerful message. Sending you and your fam all the good vibes!

Hey Mira! Just had to come back to your comment and respond to you :) Thank you for saying something so considerate and kind to me. Even when I'm doing well I still get extremely paranoid/insecure/worried that what I'm putting out there is redundant or cringeworthy. Thank you. I truly appreciate it. My support crew is amazing and I wouldn't know what I'd be without them!

My husband is sober and listening to Pamela warms my heart entirely. I’m not typically one to comment on yt videos but after watching your video I couldn’t help myself. It is not easy to understand all the struggles a sober person encounters but I can say that it is a true privilege to love someone who chooses to better themselves each and every day. #onedayatatime

Thank you always for your openness. I’m glad that you are not only still here on this earth, but that you still post here on UA-cam. These days are been heavy days for me, so I haven’t been keeping up with you and Pamela. But seeing the title, seeing the words “one year” brought a smile to my face. I’m so proud of you and your family. The hardest part of staying at someone’s side isn’t keeping from walking away but convincing your loved one that you will never leave. This has been a journey for you all and that’s why I say I am proud of you guys. Much love to you all 😊

It's so hard to bring it up to my dad who is in the absolute depths of his addiction. I've had to cut most ties with him and not just because of the pandemic but because his choices affect me and my children negatively as well as putting us in dangerous situations and it is so so hard. He is my daddy my hero and seeing him weak against his addiction doesn't seem real. Josh to say that I'm proud of you, even though I don't know you is such an understatement. My dad isn't ready and he may not ever be. And I might lose him to it but your story and the other stories like it do give me hope. ❤

Josh, I never comment on videos, ever. But I feel like I can't continue my day without sharing this.
I just learned who you are through a dark part of your past. I kept watching video after video of people making you out to be some terrible person... But there was some sort of connection. I couldn't figure it out.
This is my first video on your channel that I've watched.
I just want to say thank you. Thank you for being so vulnerable. I have been in Pamela's shoes for the last 9 years & I wouldn't change it for the world. My husband had demons when we met, while we dated & I was totally ignorant to the fact that it was a problem. One day he confessed and I did nothing but support him. We went to AA classes together and BOTH benefited every time. He got sober and I married the hell out of that man.
Just wanted to say you have people that are proud of you & so thankful for Pamela. Both pairs of shoes are VERY hard to fill day in and day out.
Remember, one day at a time.

Josh…I am almost at a loss for words to tell you how PROUD I am of you…and that is quite hard for me! I’m NEVER at a loss for words. You should be so proud of yourself. Lord knows we are so proud of you, dude. You’re a different person behind the eyes, if that makes sense. I’ve seen many of your videos where, not to embarrass you, but you were just…different. Your eyes are bright and FULL OF PROMISE!!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!! I could cry. Pamela is such a BLESSING. 👋, Pam! 😄 I also do know that often times when you complete a hard task in your life or reach an important goal/milestone, a lot of people will attribute that success to those around you who are helping keep you strong. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with that! In fact, it’s necessary. Just remember that YOU ultimately did this and got through a full year with your own strength and hard work too. Give yourself credit. Because if you lean too heavily on others for help, then what part of that success can you claim? Like Pamela said, “I’m proud of you. I’m proud of you. I’m proud of you.” I’ll end this by telling you that your smile is so genuine now. We’re looking forward to seeing the real/true Josh more often. How lucky are you that you get to say and experience life basically starting over again for you? A brand new Josh! 😃 Wow. WE LOVE YOU, PAMELA AND JOSH!!!!!!!!!!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Josh, your story is one of heartache, mental illness, strength, and triumph. I hope you realize that. It's bad, yes. But you've shown that it's possible to come out stronger on the other side. There was a young man in my town yesterday who was apparently suicidal and had a gun. Police were called, but he fled before they arrived. They still have not found him. I don't know him or his struggles, but I will be sharing your video in the hopes that, by some miracle, he'll see it. ♡

I’ve been following you, and following you... and following you. (Even when you were younger then 27) I’ve seen the best of you... I’ve seen many struggles. And I understood the things you were going through. We don’t have to speak about them here. They are in the past. We creat new memories. Good ones... you’re in a better place now... one more thing... it was NOT your fault! Glad to have you back. Genuine as you are. I’ll always follow your channel... never a dull moment. 😘 and a great learning experience... thank you for being there and being you 🙏 😊

I think when I first started watching you, you were still in this hard time, and it is so relieving and gives me such a happy feeling in the middle of my chest that YOU are so happy in your life now and feeling so much better. I am so proud and happy FOR you that you're feeling better. ❤

Proud of you. This hit so close to home. Keep up the good work. When you talk about your nephew, whew...man. Pamela is such a supportive partner, I love the way she sees you. The part about you caring so much about others that you didn't put the care in yourself... I'm tearing up. Maybe I'll watch again later and gain more insight but just want to tell you how I've seen the change in you and that you putting this up makes me so insanely proud. You're been through a lot but the best in life is yet to come for you, I know it. ❤️

I am so proud of you!!I have been watching for probably 8 or 9 years and I saw a shift in you. As someone who has been the loved on of an addict what you have accomplished is incredible! Stay strong and take it one day at a time. Sometimes one hour at a time! Whatever it takes! You are worth it and I am proud of you ❤❤❤❤

As a life coach and singer (and longtime quiet viewer), I just gotta say.... you have it in you to coach people through their own transformations, Josh. You are so full of grace, love, and limitless possibility. Thanks for sharing your story. Truly an inspiration. ❤️ Also, Pamela is the freaking bomb.
