Dan your willingness to help us gentle listeners is more appreciated that I can explain in a UA-cam comment. The amount of time you give freely to all of us who will listen really speaks to how much you love teaching.
Coach, every week the podcast is better, more informative, beyond that, more interesting. The storyteller in you is coming through that microphone, such a pleasure to look forward to week after week. Thank YOU!
Similarly, the kb swing made me really good at suplexes in wrestling, bjj, judo, mma... and it was not a skill I grew up with. The movement of the hips in the swing carries over for that technique like no other exercise!!
Hi Dan, I got a question which I was hoping you could take the time and effort to answer. I am currently doing the 10.000 KBS challenge. About a year ago I bought macebells and I have noticed benefits since getting those, one of the main benefits being grip strength which is actually similar with working with kettlebells. With Kettlebells I notice a big stimulus to the posterior chain, whereas with macebells I notice more of a stimulus to upper body along with more stabilizer muscles and rotational strength being worked. So my question would be if something similar to the kettleblell challenge would be a good idea but using the mace instead. I am doing the kettlebell challenge with a 20KG bell, and have a 6kg mace to work with if I wanted to do it with a mace. Would love to hear from you, cheers.
Dan met kees uit Nederland ik red de swing tjelens niet 10 15 25 50 die 50 red ik niet ik kan wel 25 keer 20 met 24 kilo is dat dan ook goed ik heb wel hele goede resultaten met me hardlopen door de swings

Thank you very much for your very detailed answer to my question. I'll do my best to incorporate those ideas into my future training.
Also, God bless all the Dan Martins of the world 🙏
