Very nice video! For those that may not know, The Šargan Eight is a narrow-gauge heritage railway in Serbia, running from the village of Mokra Gora to Šargan Vitasi station. An extension to Višegrad in the Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina, was finished on 28 August 2010.

I have met some really interesting people and seen some amazing sights. The GoPro camera I mount on the front of trains has captured some unexpected shots. I still work full time as a precision engineer and You Tube is a hobby that has grown. I wish I could make videos full time and spend more time with the people I meet and get some of them to recount their experiences on camera. Maybe one day. My hero is Micheal Palin because his travel programs are about the places and people he visits, rather than himself, he has a way of getting to best out of the people he meets. I have a huge amount of travel video, but their are simply not enough hours in the day to edit it into programs. Your comment is really appreciated, Tim.

Everything was possible after Semmering. With support of military, Austrian and other railway workers were able to plan and implement optimal solutions, such as Sargan Eight Railway. As side effect, this railroad is located in a beautiful Balkan scenery enthusing railway fans from all over the world. - Heinz
This railway deserves to be one of the worlds great tourist railways, it's got it all, amazing route, wonderful scenery, fascinating steam locomotives and rolling stock. The restored line is much longer than that shown in this video and hopefully they will get the cross border and operating arrangements sorted so that trains can run the full length of the restored line enabling all the pretty towns and villages to benefit from the tourist dollar. These tours are always fun, the train crews enjoy them as much as the participants. The locals must wonder what's going on as we behave more like a kids than seniors, I'd rather be 62 years young than 62 years old.
Sorry, this one did not come out as well as I had hoped. I have a reason now to return and hopefully mount the camera on the diesel service train for a better chance of a good video.
