Such a small taste of what this man can and has done. Dimash has sung on stage with Placido Domingo, and with Lara Fabian, and backstage with Andrea Bocelli. Because he mixes nearly every musical genre from opera to rap, he says there is no name for his genre of music-----but that if one must have a name for it, it's "neoclassical." I simply call it the best world music ever created.

Congratulations, you just witnessed the greatest vocalist alive. He is a twenty-nine year old multi-faceted artist with a soul of a thousand years, who hails from Kazakhstan. He sings in 16 different languages (speaks Kazakh and Russian fluently, some English, and a little Mandarin), plays 8 musical instruments and is currently working on his PhD in musicology (has a Masters in composition). He’s been training since the age of 5, has a 7 octave range, has absolute pitch, and is an amazingly humble and kind man. His mother is an opera singer and his father is a singer and producer. He sings every genre (even raps) He has many recent performances, but I would highly recommend "SOS", "Stranger" 2021,"Olimpico" 2019 link on Igor Krutoy's (composer that came out of retirement to work with Dimash) UA-cam channel, "Adagio" from The Singer 2017, "Ikanaide" 2021 Tokyo Jazz Festival, and "Ave Maria" 2021 at New Wave. After digesting those performances, I can't stress enough my recommendation for one of his most recent songs and music video (mini movie) the artistic masterpiece "The Story of One Sky" that he wrote the screenplay for and spent 3 years composing the music for, which displays a lot of his range (not all) and soooo many vocal techniques and dynamics, including sub harmonics, whistle register, bass, tenor, baritone, classical, jazz, pop, rock and unreal metal screams....and unbelievable dramatic acting. Each performance will leave you stunned. Thank you for reacting to our Dimash from a loyal "Dear" (fandom name given to us by Dimash, because we are dear to him like his family). Dimash’s dream recently came true. He sang a magnificent operatic duet with Maestro Placido Domingo….Bizet duet from The Pearl Fishers. Both were judges at the 2023 Virtuosos talent competition in Budapest. The duet is on Dimash’s channel.

The way I found to celebrate the majesty of Dimash's talent was to have written the following about him: If I were to rule the world, I would immediately add, to the universal declaration of human rights, another article (they would become 31) whose wording would next "All human beings have the right, at least once in their lives, to hear Dimash sing". I am a Professor and I believe that I have a special profession that allows me to transform the human heart and consequently the human society. I work with young people and young people need to have good references. I had been looking for someone for a long time, of whom I could speak to the young people I work with, as a good reference. That person should be young, a super talent, a super mega star in the art world and above all, because he is the most important, a good human person. I searched and never found anyone with these characteristics. Until, finally, I found this person and that person is Dimash. I had the opportunity to say this to Dimash, personally, when I was with him in Latvia where I went, coming from Portugal (there are 8000 km round trip), on the 7th of March 2020. You can see it from Dimash's website or from Virtusos site. Dimash is one of a kind! He leaves me breathless, or Dimashified, as we dears sometimes refer to it. It doesn't matter the genre or the language, which is unusual for me. If Dimash is performing, it is my genre!

In this film, the song of the alien Diva was made half with the voice of an opera singer, and half synthesized on a computer to show an alien voice so that human capabilities could not cover the range and jumps of this song, and so: Dimash sang it calmly, which proves that Dimash is an alien. When heard Dimash sing, I thought that he was not human. When heard what he said in an interview, realized that Dimash is more of a human than all of Us.

Loved watching your reaction to Dimash. I happened upon him on UA-cam in 2017. He was singing Adagio on the Chinese Singer competition. Well………2024 and he surprises me everytime he sings something new. I hope you will continue with Dimash. I have subscribed. Dimash is the only singer I follow. Watching someone, who knows what Dimash is doing, react and comment is pure entertainment for me. He has fan clubs all over the world. Sells out concerts. People fly to see him from more than 60 countries. I think he’s the best singer I’ve ever heard. I’m 78. Actually in this song all of it is his mid range! He can go 2 octaves higher and more than an octave lower than this. Over 7 octaves is his range! He’s just released a performance with the great tenor, Placido Domingo, who was his idol as a child, it was a dream come true for Dimash to sing a duet with him!

Just a little point for some of the great fans here. Dimash didn’t sing “The Pearl Fishers” because it is an entire opera, with many singers, male, and female. So that is incorrect. It’s like saying Julie Andrews sang the entire Sound of Music.
What he did sing, was the male duet from the opera, which is very famous, and it is “Au fond du temple saint.” The duet is for baritone and tenor and there are many wonderful versions of this aria, featuring many wonderful tenors and baritones who also have fabulous voices within their ranges.
Of course, we are all thrilled that Dimash had this fabulous opportunity to sing with Placido Domingo and did himself and his fans, proud. 🎉

Literally just the tip of the iceberg with Dimash! I am looking forward to seeing more reactions. Next should probably be his signature song SOS. There are many versions on his channel, but I vote for the one from is Digital Show.. He has an immense catalog and every single song is amazing and beautiful in it's own way. He sings in just about every genre and every range, often within the same song! He is, IMO, the greatest singer in the world!

It's too late now. It will never be the same again. Other singers will seem ordinary to you. You can only return to normal after receiving therapy for a while 😂. Jokes aside, I listened to all his songs. He manages to fascinate people with very different styles and different types of music every time. A living legend.
Respected lady Yoana Dimash became famous at the China competition being the youngest and first to sing with the song S.O.S. This is a very good place to start and he required bodyguards due to his BREAK OUT Dabut PERFORMANCE! . Cheers your grace
