My first language is Finnish. Thank you for the clear pronunciation. On top of all that, your voice is pleasant. Of course the whole video was helpful! I like it!
Without doubt, this is the best and the most useful "beginner proof" (i would say idiots proof too :)) ) Resolve and Fusion channel that exist. Lots of explanations and side comments, and the tempo is just right. My words are not enough to thank you!
Very well explained. Thank you again. I love particles in Fusion. Maybe a future lesson could be on using expressions in Fusion particles? I find it hard to follow using a pcustom node. So far no one has really explained it well. It's a challenge.
Glad I found this channel. This was the best tutorial on this I have seen. I'm looking for one to make a particle wave that's just as simple...I hope you have one!
Kasia, thanks for the video, it's really effective with only 4 nodes. Apart your proposal, I've tried using only fusion clip, inverting it, and looks fantastic (all particles go progressing to end creating logo solid). I've used 'render in place' and after 'change velocity--invert'.
Great Video~ I think I need to setup the performance of DaVinci on my PC. Even my build is 13900K+4090+32G*2+7000 RW SSD, it's very slow for 4K HDR 60fps projects!
Thanks a lot for the clear explanation. Just what I needed for my hobby project :-) . Maybe a stupid question (just a newbie in Davinci Resolve since 2 weeks) but how can I 'save' my fusion composition so I can use it later in other projects too?
Oh my, where to start...ok 1st, after watching many other logo particle tutorials on you tube that were so complicated I gave up and luckily came by yours. 2nd, you are so beautiful and your voice is so mesmerizing I had trouble focusing on the topic. And finally 3rd...I did it! And it turned out great! Your soft voice and direct steps made it easy to keep up. One suggestion....even though I've used Resolve for years, there is one part of all the fusion tutorials that leaves out a big step. If you have existing cut with many clips, how does one apply the effect to a specific clip? It seems so basic but no one seems to cover that. I finally figured out that you add the fusion composition OVER the clip you want to do the magic on and then add all the steps from your video. My mistake was selecting the clip and then going directly into fusion to work on it. Nope, the fusion composition is an overlay on top of an existing clip. Once I figured that out I was on my way. Thanks for the great tutorial...JP
Thanks for this really good video. Is it possible to keep the fusion composition for use on other separate projects? Would I have to render the composition and keep it with my files on my hard drive? Many thanks once again. Tim
Good video but a few questions...How do I make it smaller without compromising quality? You see the smaller you make it via transform node, the blurier it gets. And if I try to do it manually via edit transform page, then it creates a box if that makes sense. How do I do it properly?
Best how to video for just about anyone. What format do these get saved as? Curious how I can add it into a clip for instagram via my phone without having to go to resolve every time.
Thanks!! It would be nice to have more info on why you set up numbers a certain way. For instance: (Random seed) what does it do and what is the difference between 300 and 400, etc...
I would like to know if it can play in reverse as well. Did you get an answer to the question? I was thinking that I could duplicate the clip and use Retime Controls on the second clip and just run it backwards. Or, is that not going to work? I guess I'll find out. But I would rather do all of this in Fusion, better control of the results, etc.
Great video! - But i have a question. Is there a way to make a logo transform into particles, then the particles transform into another image/logo? thx
Hi Beauty, that was awesome ( like you 😘)but, could you please teach us how to save it,to do not have to do the all process every time that we would want to re use it or,if we would want just change the name, colors, etc, etc, etc. Thanks Beauty.
Great and quick explanation of the dissolve! Thanks for this! Could you Explain how I could make it the other way arounf? I'd like to make the logo appear instead of dissolve.
How would you do this in reverse? I have a logo animating out from this (thanks, looks awesome!) but I want the text that follow it to lay over and come together from the particles. Thanks!
This is very well explained for my little brain to follow and understand. Just one question, instead of using Spline can't you use anim curves in DVR 17?
My first language is Finnish. Thank you for the clear pronunciation. On top of all that, your voice is pleasant. Of course the whole video was helpful! I like it!

And thank you for the interest!
That’s really pretty nice. Can this effect not be installed in DaVinci Resolve so that the same can be applied on any video clip
So this is a great tutorial. Thank you Kasia!
Thank you for watching!
Thank you, very easy to follow!!!
Thanks so much!
Thanks!! It would be nice to have more info on why you set up numbers a certain way. For instance: (Random seed) what does it do and what is the difference between 300 and 400, etc...
Hey Eric! Thanks for your comment. To be honest I did a trial and error! And I just set it in a way that I liked the result!
This looks great!
Thank you Kasia
You’re welcome!
Thank you for this training. Is there a way to have it play in reverse so the particles are coming together?
I would like to know if it can play in reverse as well. Did you get an answer to the question? But I would rather do all of this in Fusion, better control of the results, etc.
Could just turn it into a compound clip and set the speed to -1
thanks dude really!!!
Thanks for watching!
Beautifully done 👍

Great video! - But i have a question. Is there a way to make a logo transform into particles, then the particles transform into another image/logo? thx

Hola! Thanks so much for watching!
Great and quick explanation of the dissolve! Thanks for this! Could you Explain how I could make it the other way arounf? I'd like to make the logo appear instead of dissolve.
With the keyframes!
nice
Cool
Nice tutorial 👌
Thanks!
Hi - thx for at fantastic tutorial :0) But how do you put in a another color background??
You can simply use a background node in Fusion! Have a look at my other tutos!
Hi Kasia, thanks for this one. Beautiful! I wonder how (and if) it is possible to reverse the effect...
Of course you can! Adjust keyframes and values however you want!
Awesome video from a gorgeous woman. Thank you!
Thank you too!
How would you do this in reverse? I have a logo animating out from this (thanks, looks awesome!) but I want the text that follow it to lay over and come together from the particles. Thanks!
Just set the keyframes accordingly
When I press 2...I.cant see anything on the second screen
very helpful and i like it so much but please help me how can i make this appear on my video transparent
Just don’t use the background node
Nice
Thanks for the video, very interesting. -How do I keep this as a composition now to included in other videos? Cheers.
Just render it out as a separate MOV or whatever and add to your library.
This is very well explained for my little brain to follow and understand. Just one question, instead of using Spline can't you use anim curves in DVR 17?
I find spline very easy to use! But you’re right - most of the time there is more than one way of achieving the same effect!
❤❤❤
Couldn’t you use keyframes to make the effect start later rather than using another image then turning up the opacity? Thanks for the video!!
Sure!
