Rides nicely for a 468 pound male. But its dangerous to drive on slanted city sidewalks, and corners where sidewalks connects to street entrance/exit where you have to lean on one side to even out the weight unless you want to flip on your side, turn corners slowly. you can purchase some RED/WHITE TRUCKS REFLECTIVE TAPE and put it on all four sides for best protection, also purchase a 6ft high flag to install on back stable bar so traffic can tell your close by and for them to slow down. you can purchase battery operated lights (WHITE ONLY) Due to city/state ordinance.
It's got a weight capacity of 350 lbs. With someone who weighs 350 and under, driving on city sidewalks and turning corners are not a problem and the chances of tipping are far less.
Glad to see that I'm not the only one that had trouble getting the rear wheel section to lock into the front section properly. I'ts fun trying to do that when it's 97 very humid degrees in full sun - with bad eyes and sweating profusely head to foot. 🤣
Just received a new HD 4 mobility scooter for my partner. Took less than an hour to un crate it and put it together. PS I’m a 73 yr old female. Works great.
I have a Phoenix mobility scooter, bought used. What does a extra battery cost for scooter? And is charging unit supposed to have both lights on charging unit when charging battery? How many miles does battery go, before needs charged?
These would be the batteries you need marcsmobility.com/18amp-battery.html, with fully charged, new batteries you should get approx 13 miles per charge. Both lights on the charger should be red when charging.
I have a motorized wheelchair that I can’t go outside with it for fear of it getting wet in a sudden rain shower. Can this scooter get a wet in the event I’m outside and it starts to rain. I live in Florida.can I also know your price range & if there’s payment plans available? Thank you for any help you can give me.
@@Marcsmobility Thank you for responding. I’m having a hard time with the manual seat left. I’m sorry I should have been more clear of what I was asking.

Awesome! Glad to hear that!
Actual ground clearance is 1.75 inches at the back wheels where the motor is located. Otherwise this review is very good! I enjoy all of your videos.
