@jonetrance4495 ok, so since i posted this, it worked for a while. Well it only works sometimes but only after messing with the brakes and pushing it and messing with key
You're right, this is a common problem. I have a (Made in China) Solax. There is a red lever on the left when you are standing behind it facing the steering. I moved this around, no dice. I charged the battery. At first it beeped then lit up but one beep not the usual 2. Then it flashed 9 times. I counted from the first flash, 9. So then I googled that and found the Scottish guy (Nithsdale) who takes the whole scooter apart, looking for loose wires. I don't have tools, so I just turned it over, poked it, looking for loose wires not finding them. I did find a switch on the back a tiny switch above the red lever. I pressed this to both sides. It seemed to reset something. Then I saw a rubber cap that looked like it was half shoved off a small black shiny little box (like an external hard disk or a laptop charger) marked "Solax." I put the rubber cap back on the rectangle. I turned it over. At first it stopped flashing. Then it beeped once and moved forward but not backward. I repeated the above steps more or less then tried again, now it works. I do not see a gear shift box on the Solax. I've had problems with the red lever before, always after scooting over rough terrain or rocks or sand or something that pushes it into a middle position so it's half out of gear, if that's what it is. I thought it was a brake. I did find a Solax manual online, not much help, although in English. Googling did get me eventually to a solution, apparently all the electric scooters have little computers inside, S-series somethings and those give various uniform codes, in the form of flashes and beeps. This was an important exercise for me, because I don't see any local scooter repair in my town. The repair guy comes a week after I contact him, if he comes. There are a lot of electric scooters in Akko. I don't know if the users fix them or who fixes them, but these are great DIY videos that empower disabled people when we already feel disempowered because we need the chair in the first place. So, thanks. Aviva in Akko
hi I've got a eclipse mobility scooter and the green light keeps flashing and not moving its in gear we tested the batteries full what else could it be please x
I have a drive power wheelchair and all I get out of it when I turn the power on is the power light goes back and forth and then it shuts off is locked in gear when I put in neutral still does the same thing when I put it in drive it still does the same thing the power light go to there to green and comes right back go back and forth
My scooter can go forward and backwards when there is nobody on it, but once I sit on or apply weight, the scooter does move. mystery? I checked all the connections and tested the battery. All is good. It's like it has a kill switch. Bobcat 3 wheel scooter. Any suggestions?
Were you able to fix it? My scooter has the same problem. So I tried turning it on and then sit on it. It works that way but only sometimes. My son says it could be the seat sensor. I am trying to find where the sensor might be.
Mine wont go i checked the motor on the bench it runs it has new batterys ive changed the micro switch on the motor checked all wires front to back it has power to the motor wires but wont turn the motor and the voltage at motor with full charge was 24.6 volts and it still wont turn motor but motor works great on the test bench

@@samanthasnith1451 Just because the batteries show a full charge it doesn’t mean they’ll work under load
Thanks 🙏🏾

I got same on but during the driving its stop and stuck itself. What's is the fault should be
That’s very likely to be motor brushes.
Motor brake or brushes.
I checked the engagement but still nothing. It beeps and won't move
This sounds like a faulty motor brush.
YOUR TALKING ABOUT TAKING & PUTTING IN GEAR!!!
WE TRYING TO FIND OUT WHY IT DOESN'T MOVE WHEN ITS IN GEAR!
what if it goes into gear but don't stop what would it be.
This could be a faulty brake.
pfeeeeewww thanks sir
what dose mean if beeping but dont stop beeping
It could be out of gear.
