Bought this scooter for my mother two years ago in 2019. I didn't know the tiller on the handle was able to engage the handle so it clicked in place as one piece. I forget this was able to stay in one piece. We just took a trip to Dubai and taking this scooter overseas was a nightmare on KLM and air france. They kept us waiting because they were so concerned about the battery. Seemed like the airline personnel had NEVER seen a foldable scooter. Additionally, the charger is 110/220v and we were able to plug the battery directly into the wall to charge without a converter. However, it seemed the charge didn't charge correctly even thoug the charger showed a green FULL light took it to Batteried Plus upon returnin back to the US and they put the batteries on a machine to test the capacity of the batteries. After 2 years on inconsistent use, the battery capacity was at 25% and 35 % even though the voltage read 12 /13 v. I am now looking at a lithium battery. The website mentioned in this video does not have the Lithium battery listed anywhere on their site. I am looking at another company to purchae the batteries. THIS however was a pretty good video.

Hello, accessible curbs are best navigated by going straight forward, slowly.

Does the chair swivel, to make getting on easier? Thank you very much.

Hello Susan, due to how the seat is attached, it does not swivel. The seat is attached at four different points for stability on this scooter.
