I’ve spent over $15k turning my DE into a “Nismo” so that offer is wild to me 💀 I have the full OEM kit, exhaust, seats, brembos, hr hood, even the damn $300 Nismo badge lol they definitely made that offer for an easy flip.

@@z85ju lmao for real, I always wanted to do what you did and get an estimate but since it’s not a real Nismo I’m sure it’d get undervalued. If I really wanted to sell it, I’d part it out and put it back to stock. It was my first car though lol I never want to sell it.

bought my 03 manual DE for 7k a year ago. got a private buyer offer me 13.5k. market is def goin up, but eventually it will crash. i dont ever think it will go down too much but its def not a good time to get one these rn haha

Dealerships will always give you less then the car is worth so they can profit. If they said 15k for your car that’s a steal for that price and higher mileage, cause they will sell it for 17-19k with those miles. I work as a salesman at Volkswagen. But those cars with stupid low miles I’m talking 15-35k miles for an 2008 350z Nismo is like 23-28k. Carmax gives the worst price cause i took couple of my cars and everyone else given more. But keep up the great content brother.🔥

To be fair modded vehicles just don’t resell well for dealerships, 92% of vehicle buyers aren’t enthusiasts and pair that with (no disrespect) however not knowing the skill set of the person who modified it as they could’ve done a jacked up job or if the parts are even as reliable as an OEM it’s definitely understandable

Dealership my friend works at took a 2017 Camry which the owner says had 71k miles on it. Guessing they didn’t drive it or take a closer look at it either until after the owner sold it to them cuz uuuh… the car had 171k miles on it and I’m just like those extra 100k miles would of certainly made a huge difference on the price they offered him.

Whatever the price is now, if you can manage to set this aside under a cover you will double your money or more in 10 years. I hope you can store it away. I think it is wrong to waste the time of businesses if you don't intend to sell it to them. It's up to you what you want to do though.
