This probabily is my favourite asmr ever. As someone who really struggles with anxiety, this is one of the rare video that actually does what its title says 😂
Like really, you can't even imagine how relaxed i am in the "my right arm is heavy" part, unbelievable. Find myself here also if i'm so tired from my new internship, just 'cause I can't relax and fall asleep thinking to all the new stuff coming. This has helped me a lot lately, can't even remember if i've already left a commet honestly, but thank you again in the case♥️

When I'm struggling to sleep and having my anxiety or depressive melt downs all by myself at home I feel so alone; I'm not saying I'm happy you guys struggle with the same but it comforts me a bit reading your comments about experiencing the same things and how you are able to find some relief in here. It gives me hope and helps me realize I'm not alone, and that like you do, I can make it and get better. Wish you all peace and better days, and of course, thank you, Caroline for being here for us when we need it the most.
Relatable! There's nothing better than feeling understood when you're dealing with depression and anxiety. It's a sickness that tries to make you feel so isolated and alone, but it's nice to know that other people know what you're going through 💜 and it WILL get better trust me 🙏
