Its a sickener when those sessions you plan go wrong on you. We all have them, and good on you for sharing the experience so that people new to the hobby or thinking of taking it up get a taste of what can happen and that we all go through it from time to time!
Well done and great video as always, bud. I had a worst/nightmare session on the wall on the corner to where you are fishing in this video... it was my worst session since i started my fishing journey. I went home so beaten but don't give up... brush the session off and get back out and catch them fish 🐟 Take care and tight lines 🎣
i need to check out your video, im fishing on the wall over low water this sunday 24th if you wanna meet up and have a chat about how to fish it and stuff?
Well done for keeping going Russ not easy when its like that but things can only get better fella. Keep chucking them leads out and effort equals reward as they say your big cod might be just a cast away.
it was a horrid day i just couldnt get my mojo going and in all honesty its put me off i didnt wanna go out again this weekend but marcus is making me lol
I’ve finished the river for years then give up as the debris that’s floating about but I remember the river filling up really fast as the wind was blowing down the river holding back the tide until it was to much to hold then everything came down the river. Had this a few times maybe not windy where you were but further to the mouth it could have been windy. I subscribed as I think you deserve it.
I only used to fish one bit at Stallingborough just after bay 18 . No snags , not as much water but a pleasure to fish . Sadly no more that to see defence . I would fish x but nothing more than 6.3m for me . Come to think of it i remember yrs ago fishing where u are and lost anout 4 sets of gear . I ended up throwing my rod in air and losing 3 eyes on rod . It got me wound up .

this makes alot of sense as the reason i fished the wall was because the coastline was forcast to be a bit windy!!!

Good video, mate. As regards to mics, make a lanyard/ necklace and fix the mic onto.
Just a idea.
Thanks for the tip, i hadnt thought of that i will pickup a lanyard somewhere and use that makes alot of sense!
