Let's use logic real fast. If a time device slows by a black hole. It's because of the gravity on its components. Not a time change. Same with traveling at light speed. Time is made by man. Life is natural. If I slow my body for aging and you age as normal. I prolonged my life. "Or slowed time down" if I live a life that makes me age rapidly. I "spend time up". Our day time doesn't match other planets. So number time is just a measurement. If I give you a digital stopwatch and I hold an identical one. Then you fly 5 min at light speed. Round trip. You will be gone for 5 min. Not years.😂
