never really thought of a melee build since this game is so much about shooting , but i admit that when i'm getting frustrated in a fight just running in and stabbing guys is very satisfying ! a couple of questions ... can you sprint while using Dead Eye ? i was sure i tried it and it didn't work . what about a machete ? its' really my favorite melee weapon :) plus my posse really gets a laugh out of seeing me run and and hack npc's to death
For sifferent choose if you don't like the smooth look of the brindle shoes i hugky recommend the cibola boots They can both look good normal or jnder the pant and are native mocassin type shoes for native chatachters
What about sb, strange medicine, necessity breeds, short game for just boxing? Build in vid makes sense for getting close but whats best for when not being shot at?
That's same build I came up with when building my viking character. Unfortunately you cannot use tomahawk, axe, cleaver etc as a melee weapon because Of Single Purpose is not working then, as you can actually throw them. So you need to be using a knive or machete.

The headband is good with the long hair it fixes the bald patches glitch on it
i cant use the bow, the fact that rockstar didnt add a quiver when you have the bow equipped blows my mind
Yeah, that sucks big time. It would be far better immersion wise if there was at least an option for a quiver.

- rope quiver like a crafted makeshift one
-modern quiver and it's like a fancy leather one

If you have slow and steady active, it shuts off dead eye when you sprint. You can sprint with SB.

This is a build that will make a low level think someone is cheating or just uninstall 😂
Also use the short game it increases your damage for melee and other things at close range

good melee build is xlow and steady, iron lung, fool me once and winning streak.
That is also a decent melee build. My only problem with that is that Slow and Steady interferes with sprinting.
Slippery Bastard without unblicking eye. Well you run too fast out of dead eye
Yeah, this is a tonic central build. but i had to sacrifice the self sustaining aspect to maximize melee potential.
Get the broken civil war blade.
