Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying rigged run as Tainted Isaac, Polyphemus, Brimstone, Cricket's Head, Ipecac, Infestation 2, Magic Mushroom, Cricket's Body, Almond Milk, Glitched Crown, Inner Eye, Host Hat, Parasite. Binding of Isaac: Rebirth was great, Afterbirth was cool Afterbirth+ was like, eh, it's okay, and then Repentance came and was like BAM this is the best DLC EVER. The best mods like Q4 Isaac dance and banger songs like Innocence Glitched and Machine in the walls (my personal favorite) BIG C Section Brimstone Tech X fetuses' with ghost pepper synergies have so much potential. Add Soy Milk and Rock Bottom for a free win. Those items would be so OP together. The greatest synergy of all time. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Though Devil rooms can be Isaac Pog too, sometimes its a missed rare opportunity 0.1%. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, I remember How to unlock the Lost, and it sucks because its RNG. Fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. This is 1,000,000% swear on dead gods name that this description isn't only for keywords. This is the most beautiful utility run ever. Tainted lost for better items, Isaac for rerolls, Azazel for early DPS, and keeper for sacrifice room plays.

@@zib7178 Keeper uses coins as health, coins are way more plentiful than hearts.
@@zib7178you can heal with coins as keeper, so you can let a bunch of pennies laying around if you find a sacrifice room and constantly heal

I've played a few matches already and I was surprised at how well people communicate and play. I have 0 complaints. That being said... when it's gonna be released there are gonna be a lot of new players and if I get matched with them, idk how I'd be able to play without pulling my hair out. But for now, I didn't have a negative experience with the more experienced players :D Maybe there needs to be some matchmaking like... don't pair 500hrs players with 10 hrs players or something.

I absolutely LOVE the way you can tell exactly what emotion someone is feeling just from how they move, just like how the poor keeper stood there after birthright vanished. Edit: AND THE WAY AZAEL PUT HIMSELF IN THE CORNER AFTER LOSING STAIRWAY LMAOO
Revives are actually the worst in online which is pretty ironic, maybe they should rework them so you respawn like lazarus in the same room.
I had one crazy game yesterday, one person was tainted lost, one was lost and me as Lilith, we all went to Mother and i had saved a 48 hour energy pill to make tons of incubus. We were demolishing Mother but Lost died and respawned with 9 lives. It was pretty brutal, after the 6th live of Lost i died. Surprisingly enough, the Lost player actually clutch it up in the last life and won. Really Epic moment, specially considering me and Tainted Lost grabbed most of the op items. Still, they need to address the extra lives. Either revive in the room or wait until everyone is dead to revive.
I think waiting until everybody is dead or the room clears to revive is definitely the best way to rework it, doesn't make it overpowered but keeps it from actively sabotaging your partners.
Lets be honest, all revival items should work like laz rags.
I only pick up dead cat if im locked into devil deals for more items potentially.
Yeah especially in the ascent were if you die at any point you are just dead, not even dogma or the harbringers revive you. Btw if you didn't know you can revive people with the donation machine, donating money of course XDDDD
seeing four units move in their own ways and then moving in one is amazing
this video is a great way of demonstrating how well people can communicate in a game with very limited communication. that moment where all 4 of you immediately went to collect money for twisted pair was a spritual connection

Tlost on a team was a choice, as health ups will rarely spawn due to how TLost works (playin with a friend, and realized how they really didn't have the health to do things, also how they didn't find any health ups)

Idk about you, but from my experience health is already really tight in multiplayer even without a T.lost, so that small chance of higher quality items from a T.lost really does add up over time
That or they instantly die to a spider and ragequit 🙃
8:38 you could've just replaced the save files with the ones you saved as a back up before installing the beta. and I believe you should also replace the save files that were connected to your steam user data, which can be found in the program files(x86) (this is like that on windows idk how it works on other platforms lmao)

Definitely reminds me of the Deep Rock Galactic multiplayer experience. There is an actual chat in DRG, but most interactions are done through meaningful glances and the v key

I think a good way for people to grab an item in rooms like alt floor treasure rooms or angel rooms is to sync up your walking. You would first walk around the corner of the item you want, then you walk in a way that your buddy can walk with on the other side.

i didnt back up properly and thought i lost my progress, but turns out it just wipes your completion marks but not your progress; so u still have ur unlocks, just no visual indication anymore!! so dont panic :) i do have to refarm eden tokens though unfortunately but everything is the same (isaac starts with d6 for example but my keeper doesnt start with wooden nickel bc i havent done unlocks for him yet)

Ever since online came out I’ve hated tainted Lilith, I was playing tainted Isaac and we found a super secret and it was brimstone, but they weren’t careful and took it when it switched, and then later took a tear modifier as tainted Lilith, and *then* left an angel room before blowing up the angel
Whats that gotta do with tainted lilith. All the characters can do that

I had a delerium fight in which they were half hp when me (and 2 others) died, with an afk cain with gnawed leaf. It was VERY painful

I haven't tried coop yet but i honestly think coop within the Issac community will actually be fun because tbh the community may have some trolls but people genuinely jut want to play with people
Honestly the biggest thing i was hoping for in the update was to fix item rooms. It never made sense to get multiple boss items but you can only get one item room item. It unfortunately makes it a bummer when one person gets a god item and then you feel like if you want a win they need the other god items too or youre wasting items.
Yeah I agree. Like either spawn 3x enemies or give them all 4x health, but at least let everyone get broken. And let items spawn max 2-3x instead of the 1 so you don’t breakfast every game

I still think we need at least 3 emotes, one for telegraphing your bombs/explosions, one for letting people know you are going to use your card/pill/rune, and one for letting people know you are going to use your active item. I also debated a swap request emote, (swapping actives or trinkets) but I have seen people simply drop their trinket in front of a person to communicate this, so it might not be necessary. I do think that with emotes, less is more.
I would also like to be able to highlight a room on the minimap, so intentions on backtracking can be more obvious.
I loved the part when Mattman played online and onlined all over the place. A real Mattman online moment
I still like the Delimeats page icon for online. It's just fresh and new compared to forgetting that a crumpled paper is Delimeats. If you couldn't tell, I call delirium Delimeats, and I want it to be a meme.
Mattman, you could try to use the Soundtrack Menu mod to just hear the antibirth songs you prefer, just saying it as you said it was nice to hear river of dispair
There are no toxic Isaac Players, we are all too polite to take items and progress to hush at all.
I think a great thing they could add for communication is an “emote” wheel.
Stuff like directional arrows and completion marks to tell others what run you would like to do. And of course some actual emotes
I didnt realsie duality letting you use devil deal making items before. Perhaps more goated than i realised even if a rare synergy!
I sadly can’t play co-op since I only have a Nintendo switch but it does look fun and wholesome seeing you play co-op with other people :)
They need to add a button for issac to say stuff, like “take it!” “Azazel” “go mega satan!” “Alt path” “use active?”

Matt you should do a run where someone plays tainted Jacob and immediately dies. Since Esau remains and doesn't damage anyone else you end up having this unkillable high damage ghost flying around as bonus damage while not needing items so everyone else can get more!

With alternate floors having a blind item would it not be a strat to "camp" next to the blind one and try to time it (without the typical 3,2,1...).
Maybe try to normalize taking the visible item by walking towards it from a wall or something so that the camper can try to time it idk.
I think everyone agrees if u are standing below a dice that means reroll and you vote bt sranding next to either alt path door or normal one where to go

I hope when it is added to the full game, it's gated behind some kind of unlock condition. That way new players don't immediately rush to Online before they understand the game or online communication.
once people put in mods into multiplayer they should add multiplayer items like a crayon so you can draw on the ground, A walkie talkie that turns on your Mic so you can talk,maybe a typewriter to type messages but you can only do it in the room you spawn it in

Most people I play with are nice and dont really have communication issues but I had one bad run where a tainted lost would just take every single item he could get, went straight for devils and took the items without letting anyone else get one, and also just kept dying anyway so we only managed to get to depths 2 so that wasn’t really fun
When ever i play i always get like one full marks tainted character, me, and a no marks isaac and cant get any progress as we never get past heart because they dont have anything else unlocked
