Once I wanted to do the same angel explosion trick with the boss room bomb with Tainted Keeper. When I entered the angel room, the bomb exploded and knocked me back, out of the angel room, which was now closed. I felt robbed. So I spawned myself a Joker card, used it, and while trying to think which item to pick, a purple fire sniped me.
Karma, I guess, lol.

Edit: whats up gamer today we're checking out the exiles of the void mod mod that contains a bunch of characters and items i was looking thru and i saw one that really caught my eye i think its called the "lead helmet" and it does a very simple thing, decreasing your speed and increasing your damage now i tought "ok thats pretty cool" but theres one extra remark when i was reading thru it it said "the more you have the more damage you have" and the moment ive read that neurons fired off in my brain and i was like "oh my god ive unlocked i know exactly what to do" i was a little concerned because it is a speed down when you pick it up so i wws thinking if the speed down was also expenesial slash stacking but uh it turns out no hahehah it turns out its completly fine you can take as many as you want, i have da rules on so we can only get the lead helmet, when we takenit you can see its a fat speed down minus 50 but a fat dmg up +5

when you mentioned d6 toy i was assuming plushie dice, which actually seems pretty cute rather than just a normal. red and black dice that you could buy ANYWHERE

you should do an only forever alone or only distant admiration challenge, it would eventually get ridiculously op but it would be fun to watch I think
This is why Tears > Damage. Especially with all of the insane tear effects, the faster you can shoot the better off you are.
A little gamer tip, When you enter the mirror dimension, white fires don’t deal damage
White fires don't do 'damage' in general
Another tip, when in the mirror blow it up for extra Hearts
the mines/ashpit is one of the areas where learning when not to shoot helps the most imo, especially if you happen to get powerful before then. having 50 billion fires, explosions, and all that coming at you instantly when you walk in the room cause you shot is super scary. and also in specifically sheol when you have insane tears, in that specific room layout with the stone eye and walking hosts and the hosts never open and the stone eye can't be dodged and it's awful.
I request next time you do a challenge like this, only make the item replace treasure rooms.
Then you can still do whatever shenanigans to get other helpful items on top.

So I tried this before it was really fun. Can you play blue, baby, greed mode or greedier mode you have poop trail and then you can go wild can get any item basically for free

Does Lead Helmet fixes your speed at 0.5 or just halves it to 0.5 as a minimum, is the damage up always +5 or it is based in the amount of speed lost times 10?
If so, how would lead helmet work with libra.

lead helmet is just a speed down and a dmg up, that only the damage can stack
and I haven't tried it with libra yet
(I'm the mod creator btw, if you have an idea to improve it somehow tell me and I do it for the next update)
i tested it with libra and it doesn't skyrocket your stats, it just gives a small stats up

It seems to me like the average number of items by depths 2 ending is about 20. +/-5 for deals and actives, +/-5 for randomness. After that it gets real random. Maybe another ~25, maybe another 1.

Just had the best run thismorning after tragic runs of those squeeking flying bomb rooms 5 rooms in a row with mid items or overly confusing puzzle rooms with those brimstone statues. Multitiered and blasting in all 4 directions -_-
Got mums bracelet for 10 cents first floor, let me get to all the chests behind rocks with no bombs and poly first floor! Then by the depths, tech laser + poly ❤ they even threw those damn flying bombs every foot stamp of satan spawn but dark bum had me covered for health.
