It’s really simple to start playing, you just need a stick, ball, and wall. You throw and catch with the wall or a friend. It’s also just really accessible, you can play practically anywhere. Would definitely recommend getting into it

Combine hockey and soccer and you got it. My favorite sport even though I have played Bball and soccer my whole life

Hockey without ice but Football and Basketball players also make good Lacrosse players
