Work a hard job, bending my lower back hurts like hell. People keep saying to stretch but I've had mixed luck with other routines. First time around cut my pain in half! Definitely doing this daily

@@OliverSjostromhey if you don’t mind you said you shouldn’t feel pain during these stretches I felt it in the second and third when every I stretch my left hamstring there is pain in the right side of lower back can you help with that?
Thanks Oliver - I can have a slightly dodgy lower back and every now and then I have to go and get a treatment and have it cracked! I know how to work around it generally and which exercises I need to modify to avoid problems but these stretches are really helpful and nice to work at the end of a training session. Thanks.
I did the previous dumb bell exercise and the row from the pushup position kind of hurt my back when i did it. As the day went on it got pretty painful. I got some serious relief from this. Thanks! It's going to become part of my daily routine.
