Hi Rebecca, Can you offer a targeting strategy to avoid tire kickers from getting in touch with me. Ran engagement campaigns as you suggested to messaging but no one seemed to be interested in closing. They seemed to be the right clients as in pregnant moms with 27 weeks pregnancy minimum . They all interacted and even though the price was clear in the ad 150 all were later gosting me.
Only question is how to advertise these when you are doing them for the first year? Therefore you are advertising when there is no fall foliage yet. Do you just use an image from summer ?
I got this tip from one of Rebecca’s older podcasts because I’m in the same boat! I used a stock image of a tree farm from Canva and placed an image of a cute posed family on top of or beside it so people have an idea of your style and what the background will be. ❤️
