Which pc components do u have? And which mouse do u use? I tried the same settings but my game looks different, and my recoil is higher too, is it bc of screen resolution /mouse / my 60hz screen?
For me,(COMPLETELY AN OPINION), I used 16:9 1920x1080 coz it feels Good, and not Because U get good aim at that resolution, 4:3 stretched is not bad too, but i guess i'm not getting the HYPED feeling when playing :(
if you want to do head shots, low sensitivity is recommended, if your style of play is to move a lot for dont shoot you, high sensitivity is recommended
Textures. mainly textures, they effect the gun's look and also the surrounding graphics. but keep in mind the better the textures the better your PC needs to be.

i think the recoil depends on the gun mate. you should prolly practice guns with high recoil and get used to it
