In any business it’s so much easier to keep existing customers than to get new customers. Keep them happy and word of mouth will grow your business. Not saying that other methods won’t bring in new customers, but the amount of time and effort will be higher. Turn customers into fanatics and you’ll have a solid base to build on. Seems like you’re doing great! 👍🏻
Great video!!! That was so generous & kind of you. I'm certain the teachers appreciated your bread, it looks delicious!!! Im gonna have to try to add flavors to mine, I've only ever done plain.
Toying with the idea myself of starting to sell maybe 10-20 loaves a week so my question is how do you cold ferment your dough overnight once final shaped and in their baskets?
Those teachers were so fortunate to sample your bread!

I do a cold ferment in the fridge
Do you need to pay taxes if it under the food cottage limit ?
How long does it usually take you to bake all of the loaves?
I would love to start but I'm not sure if I'll be able to manage with a toddler x
It takes me 45 minutes per loaf and I can bake 2 at a time. It usually takes a few hours. I have a toddler and 9 month old so I totally get it!
Hello i am also from PA was there anything you had to do legally to be able to sell your bread from your home
You will need to do a limited food establishment license
Did you have to do any modifications to your kitchen or have any type of inspection done thanks for the help@@madarafarms
@@JaysLand77 no but I am going to be building out a bakery space in the basement with more room for just baking.
