You mean bir as location or paragliding. If you are asking about paragliding then as I remember minimum age is 14 or 16 yrs. Rest even if somebody is not doing the paragliding, I must recommend to go to take off ground as that location is most beautiful location of Bir.

Hi Harsh, I didn’t use Pathankot station in recent time so can’t comment on bus service. But 4-5 yrs back I used cab from station to Dharamshala.
