Ingredients:
Menthi kura 2-3 bunches
Cut into small
Moong dal 1 cup
Wash 2 times
Add it to cooker
Add water 2-3 cup
Turmeric pow 1/2 tsp
Green chilli 4-5
Cov & cook 2 whistles
Mash dal lightly
Set aside
Tadka
Oil 1 tsp
Mustard , Jeera 1/2 tsp
Red chilli dry 1
Curry leaves
Hing 1 pinch
Methi leaves
Cook soft
Add mashed Dal
Salt as needed
Mix it
Cook 1-2 min
Turn off
Lastly add coriander leaves
Dal methi ready
