- This week on Premeditated Patter we are joined by Scottish Muay Thai fighter Nico Carrillo.
Nico tells his story of how he grew up without a father figure in his life but developed a drive for success in competition. This took him down the road of football but one chance visit to a Muay Thai gym changed his perspective forever....
This lead him to embark down a road of glory and competition however after a near death experience almost cost him his life one night, he installed discipline which lead him to the heights of challenging the elites of Muay Thai....

Just had great pleasure of meeting Nico in Florida with the family absolute gentleman, was a big fan before I met him but a bigger fan now looking forward to seeing him being ONE champion 💪
Love how he says that reading/listen to goggins changed is full life! It did the same to me, I was mad drug addict who turned his life around through running and exercise. And literally by listening to Goggins alone, I went onto creating an official FKT that's basically a world record in running! Then I achieved a sub3hr marathon all within the space of 2years of taking up running. So to hear this lad say is fucking amazing 👏 kudos to you sir
