When I was a kid in the 80’s in the US there were no Thaiboxing gyms and only a rare VHS tape or 2 to learn from.
So jealous of these young guys and the access to information they have now.
Respect to them that they chose martial discipline above computer games and chasing girls, they will NEVER regret this choice.
it is a wise choice. today's generation are super talented and like you say have great access to so much knowledge now you can see how good the next gen are.

I started boxing one of the coaches friend introduced me to Muay Thai and I love it so much
I normally don’t like a video but I did for this one. this guys power and speed is something else. I thought Sam tahiru hit hard but this guy also has cardio on his side.

It would be hard to overstate the good it’s done me.

I lost 70 pounds. I finally quit drinking. I got a physique that I thought had long since passed me by. I found out I don't actually suck at sports as much as I thought. Really awesome seeing him do padwork with Christian Knowles. Watching him execute signature moves I associate with Jonathan Haggerty. (ex: the triple elbow, or the step into elbow). Cannot wait to see what’s in store for the guy!
