I'm a new CPAP user and was having trouble exhaling with the F40 so bad I couldn't use the machine. It almost felt like I was trying to blow up a pool float it turns out they had me set on "Full" so I set it to "Pillow" as the video stated and it seems a better.

You can also try setting your EPR level to 3. Helps you to exhale.

Thanks i am saving this information i will be receiving my F 40 in a few days i change from the pillows that fit in the nostrils i had a lot irritation even around my mouth hope this will not give me that problem
