@@stephenpage5687 used to have a friend who had a spectrum computer like me..most friends had twin tape decks on mum+dad's systems..(this was 83/4 ish) but my friend family was poor so all he had were two mono cassette recorders (do u know the ones, we used to use them for computers , they were also known as datacorders) so when he got a new game , I would go round and for the 5mins of the tape we would sit in his bedroom , he would hold the two tape decks together to record the games for me..if his bro or mum came up , he would shout and say I'm recording and swear, then have to do them all over again..we used to sit stifling coughs and other things young 12yrs old do..haha.. what makes me think tho now is why didn't we just take the audio leads we used to plug into to spectrum (red and black , one was load and other mic..) if we put the mic leads into the mic sockets of tape recorders we could recorded direct ?? One of them must not have had mic and ear sockets ?? Cos we would have surely known even at 12) 😂😂😂

I was 11 and this was my first ever band to really get into. I remember having a tape with a few songs in a row. This was one of them. Good times !
