And one more thing... After application approval , do we have to give part 1 instantly or we can book a date like 4 5 months later... Secondly after part 1 can we take a break or do we have to give part 2 immediately ? Third , if for insist someone clears part 1 and fails part 2.. Does he or she have to give part 1 again???
Thank you for your questions! Here are the answers: 1. You can book for your exam as per your readiness soon after the verification of documents. GDC allots every candidate the exam dates as per priority, they don't mention the time limit under which you need to sit for part 1; but they do mention that it should be done as soon as possible and they remove candidates for being inactive for long time. Hence, it is advisable that one should start preparing for Part 1 beforehand and once you are ready for exam then only start the application processs. 2. After part 1, you have a time limit of 5 years to sit for part 2 exam. This 5 years is counted from the day you give part 1 exam. 3. No, you don't have to give part 1 again, if you fail for part 2. You have four attempts for each exam. Hope I was able to answer your questions! :)
Hello... You said student visa is the most common pathway for ORE.. My question is , in the vedio you said experience letter of clinical practice should be 3 months old when you submit application.. So if someone is already there on a student visa or on spouse visa , how can he show 3 months old experience letter? I mean you cant make a fake letter obviously ..
For ORE, one can come on travel or tourist visa as well, but just check once whether you will be allowed to sit for exam on tourist visa or not. As far as your question is concerned, people usually apply for student visa after clearing ORE because there is a compulsory VTE training that one has to do with NHS before they start practicing. We still have some confusion regarding visas, hence we are trying to get a guest on board for having an interactive session. Please wait for a while and we'll get your questions answered. Thank you!

Can I attend the ORE exams ( part 1 and part 2) in India itself?
Part 1 can be attended in India, I guess. They do have centres for that, but for part 2 you need to be there in the UK.
