I think ur suppose to pull the hair through the tool. Then slide the back end of the tool through the hole. Like backwards. The hole is big enough for the back of the tool to slide through.
I have the Amazon one with extra needles and 6 different size attachments. My son and i both have 50 inch locks that i maintenance myself and thought the machine would be helpful and it was not. It literally cut the hair in half. I wanted to buy the other one but i thought it would do the same thing and cost more. Now i would definitely say spend the extra money. I need this! Thank you
